ORGANIZATIONAL MATURITY ASSESSMENT (MO)
A consulting model developed to facilitate the identification of the current level of organizational maturity, considering the management of operational areas, the strengths and weaknesses of Human Resources in relation to their knowledge and experiences, the adoption of business strategies, efficiency and effectiveness levels, and the application of technology. The assessment is aimed at defining the necessary level to achieve improvements in response times, document flows, integration with clients or suppliers, and the enhancement and maintenance of product and service quality. The measurement of Organizational Maturity has become a fundamental factor in ensuring the success of key topics in current management, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Digital Transformation (DT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Document Flows (DF), and more, directly contributing to the expansion of the company.
Operational Maturity: Focused on evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of business support processes, creating 'management maps' that facilitate the definition and implementation of indicators for continuous improvement (updating and executing processes, adapting technologies, focusing on quality, and applying innovation).
Strategic Maturity: Ensuring alignment of operational areas with the business strategy, facilitating the early identification of deviations that could prevent meeting objectives related to vision, mission, and business maintenance and expansion capacities. It involves prioritizing project or program execution according to internal and market changes.
Decision-Making Management Maturity: The 'basic management triangle' consists of Agility, Efficiency, and Quality.
• Agility, to guarantee the delivery of products and services according to demand;
• Efficiency, to achieve the business profitability objectives;
• Quality, essential for differentiation from competitors, including contingency action plans and sustaining continuous improvement activities.
